They provided good customer service and responded quickly throughout the whole process. They even checked in a few times to make sure our puppy, Auburn, was doing well after we picked her up.Premier Pups sells amazing puppies. I might be biased, but Auburn is a beautiful dog. She is a red sable colour, has a great temperament, loves people, and is friendly, affectionate and smart. If I ever get another dog, I would definitely use Premier Pups again.

My experience was so pleasant that I adopted Doc (black toy poodle) a few months later in March 2022. I was very impressed with Premier Pups' level of customer service and care for each puppy. As a testament to their commitment to delivering happy and healthy puppies, Magnolia was not gaining weight as expected so I was contacted with options that I could either wait a couple of weeks to ensure her health or choose a different puppy due to the delayed delivery.
