Reviews
Stonebrier Apartments has received mixed reviews from tenants. While some praise the amenities like in-unit washers and dryers, well-equipped kitchens, and responsive staff, others have complained about issues with management, unprofessional behavior, security concerns, and misleading information regarding move-in dates. Despite positive aspects like prompt repairs and a pleasant living environment for some residents, negative experiences such as heavy marijuana odor, lack of responsiveness during emergencies, high fees upon moving out, and disrespectful customer service have been highlighted.

We've been here from the beginning and we really love it here so much. The apartments come with a wash and dryer. The stove comes with a microwave. The refrigerator comes with an ice maker and a nice size freezer to go along with it. But most of all we live in a two bedroom with two baths and a nice balcony. There's also a nice swimming pool and nice wait room. The staff here are are amazing.
The people who work in the management are responsible respectful always willing to hear any complaints and respond right away. I have seen them do whatever ever it takes to keep everyone happy
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! This was for sure the absolute worst experience we have ever had renting. We stayed at stone brier for around two years but was forced to move due to heavy marijuana odor nearly everyday of the week. We had two girls one a toddler and felt it wasn't good for them to be breathing in that odor all the time. Throughout our time there we contently reported the odor to management and the security but all that was done is they would post a flier for no smoking. They would not waive the lease break fee forcing us to stay or pay the extremely high fee. We could not stay there so we just paid the fee. They did not tell disclose to us that if we pay the fee we forfeit our deposit, so it was another opportunity for them to slap on more charges after we left. We got charged $600 for carpet replacement that was in great condition, we did not own pets and would take care of it. over $400 for paint, they used the most expensive paint they could find. We had constant break in at the complex, with apartments and cars getting broken into, the management did nothing. Last, year after year they raised our rent the maximum they could legally. Nearly a quarter of the apartments here are empty because of how management runs this place. I really hope no one has to go through what we went through, just stay away from FPI properties.
I recently moved in here, the whole process was very professional. Ms. Alyssa Trent was phenomenal in the process, she greatly explained everything and was very knowledgeable of the community. I hope she becomes an real estate agent ( that’s her calling). Thus far I do not have any complaints, and if I do, I’m pretty sure that they would be minimal.
Stay away from this place; plain and simple. This is the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. The management here is absolutely unprofessional and unresponsive. I feel bad for anyone who’s had an emergency situation here (break-ins, lockouts, cars towed, etc) because I doubt they were able to get ahold of the “emergency contact” everyone is told to call under such circ*mstances. If you’ve seen the name Alicia pop up in the reviews for this place, it is because she is the most incompetent property manager we all have dealt with. Her attitude and nasty demeanor will leave a bad impression on anyone who comes in contact with her. You can’t even leave a formal complaint in FPI’s website. To everyone who is still living there, don’t bother deep cleaning your apartment because they will deduct an unreasonable amount of line items from your security deposit. This place is not “luxury” by any means. All the fixtures inside are cheap and you can tell they took every measure possible to cut costs. Security doesn’t do their job, management is only there to collect rent and absolve the company of any blame. Every bad review you’ve read about this place is absolutely true. My neighbors and I used to get together and laugh at our shared misfortune because we all experience the same terrible service and issues with these cheap apartments. Save yourself the trouble and just drive past this place.
