About Porktoberque
An independent informational blog about BBQ festivals, barbecue cook-offs, competitions, food events, and related barbecue celebrations throughout Texas. Articles should cover different real Texas BBQ festivals and events, including what they are, where they take place, what visitors can expect, and practical information for attending. Porktoberque is the name of this blog, not a claim that an event called Porktoberque exists.
